There are two trends you can’t miss this Fall: leopard pieces (I already wrote about the animal print trend), and corduroy.
This 60’s-70’s fabric has been considered a little oldish for years, but in the fashion industry, what was old-fashioned yesterday can be all the rage tomorrow. However, don’t think that your only option is the brown, very academic corduroy pants or blazer. The good thing is that corduroy have been given a makeover and comes in many iterations this Fall: colorful pieces (I especially love red and green cords) and modern cuts (jumpsuits, cropped flare pants, high-waisted wide-leg pants).
I am wearing caramel corduroy pants from WCONCEPT, styled with a red checked blazer (another major trend of the season, I am sure you know it). Although this is a pretty classic outfit, the distressed frayed bottom brings a casual and modern twist to the look.
